What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form or the contact form: your name, email address, business name, and anything you choose to tell us. We also record the internet address the form was sent from, to block spam and limit repeated submissions.

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of its own. The fonts are served from this site, so loading a page doesn't contact a third party.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send the calendar invitation for a call you booked, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

This website is hosted by a web hosting company in the United States, and form submissions are stored there. Messages and invitations are delivered by email, which we receive through Google. If you're in Canada, your information may therefore be stored and processed in the United States, and may be subject to the laws there.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your form submissions and booking records within 24 months. If you do, your information is handled under our engagement agreement.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by emailing hello@workflowclerk.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Client data

Information we handle while working in a client's systems is covered by that client's agreement with us, and by the practices on our security page, not by this website notice.
