How payment works
- Review: paid when it's booked. Credited in full against the build if you go ahead within 60 days.
- Build: half when work starts, half when the automation goes live.
- Upkeep: billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Changes in scope: quoted separately, in writing, before we do them. You never get a surprise invoice.
What's never extra
- Calls and emails with your team during the work.
- Fixes to anything we built, for 60 days after it goes live.
- Handover notes, so another person could take it over.
- Removing our access when the work is done.
Pricing questions
- Why "from"?
- A simple automation between two tools is at the low end. One that touches several systems or has many exception rules costs more. The review gives you a fixed price for each one before you commit.
- Can we skip the review?
- If you already know exactly which chore you want automated and it's a common one, yes. We'll quote it after the free 20-minute call.
- Are there software costs on top?
- Sometimes, and we'll say so in the quote. Some automations need a small subscription, usually $20 to $100 a month, billed to you directly so you own the account.
- Do we have to take the monthly plan?
- No. Without it, you get 60 days of fixes, and after that we fix things at a quoted price when needed.
